CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request 24 hours notice.

If you forget or cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice, please understand that this will result in a cancellation fee to cover wages and running costs. 

Our cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. We don’t want to make any clients on the waiting list miss their chance to book an appointment or receive a service. Please understand that we’re committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

  • Cancellations made without 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service or treatment amount.

  • Any “no-shows” will be charged 100% of their service amount.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. In this case, a 50% cancellation fee will also apply. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment to another time that is convenient for you. 

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Credit card information is required to secure an appointment at Plume Skin. 

On booking you authorise us to store your card to your account & bill the relevant card/cards if you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy. You will be made aware before payment is taken. We use Timely payments system which is a safe and secure way to store your card. We will only activate your card if our 24-hour cancellation policy is broken. You will be made aware before any payment is taken.

DEPOSITS

Your deposit is not an extra charge and is held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you will ever lose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 24hrs, don't show up for your appointment, or are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

SMS AND EMAIL COMMUNICATION

We require confirmation of your appointment. 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder text message or email. Please reply with a Y or N to confirm your appointment or contact Plume Skin to reschedule.

Please inform Plume Skin of any changes to your contact information to avoid missing essential communications.
