SKIN & DERMAL THERAPIST
Help shape the next chapter of Plume Skin.
For a skin therapist, dermal therapist or confident facialist who’s fluent in skin health and ready to contribute to the evolution of our advanced treatment menu.
Consultation, skin analysis and structured treatment planning
Strong understanding of skin structure, function and cosmetic chemistry
A love of hands-on facial therapy

PART-TIME SKIN & BEAUTY THERAPIST
Bring your beauty therapy skills. Keep growing.
For a therapist with experience in traditional beauty services and basic facials, who enjoys hands-on client care and is interested in developing their skills further.

Plume Skin is looking for an experienced, passionate skin therapist or dermal therapist to join our team.
We are a specialist skin clinic in Paddington, Brisbane, with a skin health–focused approach grounded in corneotherapy. We take the time to understand each client’s skin, create considered treatment plans and support change and long-term skin health through consistent, personalised care.

About the role
You will work closely with our team to care for clients across their skin journeys. The role combines confident, hands-on facial therapy with thoughtful consultation, skin analysis and treatment planning.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of Plume Skin’s advanced treatment menu as the business continues to grow.
Your work will include:
Conducting thorough skin consultations, analysis and assessment
Developing structured, personalised treatment plans and home-care recommendations
Delivering high-quality facial treatments and skin therapies
Supporting clients with clear, thoughtful education about their skin
Working with Dermaviduals and our corneotherapeutic approach
Contributing ideas and expertise to the ongoing development of our treatment offerings
Who we’re looking for
You may be a beauty and skin therapist, dermal therapist or confident facialist with relevant qualifications and professional experience. Experience is highly preferred.
You’ll bring:
Strong, practical knowledge of skin health, structure and function
A sound understanding of cosmetic chemistry and how topical products support the skin
Confidence consulting with clients, assessing skin and creating structured treatment plans
A love of hands-on facial treatments and delivering a considered, nurturing client experience
An interest in corneotherapy and a genuine eagerness to work with Dermaviduals
A commitment to your own personal and professional development
Pride in your professional presentation and personal grooming, and an understanding of how these, alongside your demeanour, contribute to clients’ confidence and experience.
A mature, warm communication style to build trusting, respectful relationships with clients.

Part-Time Skin & Beauty Therapist
Location: Paddington, Brisbane
Hours: 2–3 days per week
Join the Plume Skin team
Plume Skin is looking for a warm, reliable skin and beauty therapist to join our team part-time.
This role would suit someone with experience in traditional beauty services—particularly waxing and grooming—and some experience delivering basic facials. You might be looking to build on your existing skills, develop your confidence in facial therapy and learn more about working in a skin health–focused clinic.
We value thoughtful service, attention to detail and helping clients feel comfortable and cared for. Sugaring experience is welcome, and training will be available for the right person.
About the role
Your work may include:
Providing waxing and grooming services
Delivering basic facial treatments
Creating a welcoming, considered experience for clients
Learning and providing sugaring services following training
Working collaboratively with the Plume Skin team
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have experience in beauty therapy, enjoy hands-on client care and take pride in your work. You’ll be approachable, attentive and interested in continuing to develop your skills in skin and beauty.
