Gift Voucher Flash Sale — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the Plume Skin Gift Voucher Flash Sale running from 2–3 December, 2025. By purchasing a voucher during this promotion, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The Gift Voucher Flash Sale is valid from 12:00am on 2 December to 11:59pm on 3 December (AEST).
Purchases made outside this period are not eligible for the promotional offer.

2. Eligible Voucher Types

This promotion applies to dollar-value gift vouchers only. Minimum spend is $80 ($100 Value).
Treatment-specific vouchers or pre-set packages are not included in the flash sale.

3. Voucher Redemption

Gift vouchers purchased during this flash sale can be redeemed on:

  • Full-price skin therapy treatments

  • Full-price sugaring services

4. Exclusions

Vouchers purchased during this flash sale cannot be used on:

  • Retail products

  • Treatment packages

  • Promotional, discounted, or special-offer treatments

These exclusions apply regardless of the voucher value.

5. Validity Period

Flash sale gift vouchers have two distinct validity phases:

A) Discounted Value Validity

The promotional (discounted) value is valid for 6 months from January 1st, 2026.
After 6 months, the discounted value expires.

B) Paid Value Validity

After the 6-month promotional period ends, the amount paid for the voucher will continue to be honoured in full.
This paid value is valid for 3 years, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Example:
If you purchased a $150 voucher for $120 during the flash sale:

  • You may redeem $150 for the first 6 months

  • After 6 months, the voucher converts to a $120 credit (the paid value)

  • The $120 remains valid for 3 years from purchase

6. Purchasing & Delivery

Gift vouchers may be purchased:

  • Online via the Plume Skin website

Vouchers are delivered electronically.

7. Non-Refundable

All gift voucher purchases — including those purchased during the flash sale — are non-refundable.

8. Appointment Booking

  • Vouchers must be presented (digital or printed) at the time of appointment.

  • Booking availability may vary, especially during peak seasons.

  • Standard booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies apply to all appointments redeemed with a voucher.

9. Fraud Prevention

Plume Skin reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any voucher purchase that appears to be fraudulent, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorised means.

10. Amendments

Plume Skin may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will apply to future purchases and will not affect vouchers already issued.
